Founder with an economics backbone — building AI products and SaaS for SMEs that solve operational problems, not just present them.

“An economist who doesn't build slides — but software that solves SME problems.”

My foundation: economics at UZH, business innovation and venture finance at HSLU. That's where I learned how capital gets allocated and why markets fail — analytical backbone, not my operational focus today.
What I build today: three companies for SMEs — Velixar (digital agency), CiaoSepp (AI phone assistant), and BauFlip (construction SaaS). Details under «My Projects» below.
My edge: systems thinking plus direct execution. Hard skills: Next.js, AI agents, n8n, automation. Soft skills: first principles, clear positioning, founder execution — in five languages.

Building systems that reduce complexity — not manage it.
How I work today: technology as a multiplier, not decoration. Automations, agents, and software architectures that eliminate operational friction. The three products are under «My Projects».
- Systems thinking — from idea to running architecture
- AI & automation with n8n, OpenAI, Claude, and custom agents
- Building products that unburden instead of adding complexity
- Web development and process digitalisation for SMEs
- Growth through clear surfaces, SEO, and performance
Reading financial markets — as an analytical tool, not day-to-day work.
Academic finance training and several roles in the financial sector — from markets and analysis to advisory — gave me the language that makes capital visible in decisions. Background competency, not my operational focus. Today I build software, not portfolios.
- Understanding capital structures and translating them into models
- Risk thinking and long-term value logic
- Impact- and ESG-oriented investing (background)
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, advisory, and capital allocation
- Investor communication — from thesis to materials
Positioning that lands — communication as a background skill.
Sales taught me to listen for real needs and translate positioning into language that triggers decisions — a competency that shapes product building and customer acquisition, not my day-to-day business.
- Listening and recognising real needs — before the pitch
- Building trust through conversations, demos, and customer contact
- Translating positioning into clear value propositions
- Nurturing networks — regionally and across borders
- Designing CRM and processes so relationships scale
Economics foundation — think causally before you build.
Economics is my academic backbone: causal thinking, macro-micro connections, and venture ecosystems. UZH and HSLU shape how I break down problems — the analytical base for Velixar, CiaoSepp, and BauFlip.
- Systems thinking — seeing connections before optimising
- Macroeconomic analysis: energy, policy, price dynamics
- Venture finance and startup ecosystems in Switzerland
- Asset pricing, derivatives, and alternative investment structures
- Econometrics and feasibility studies as a basis for decisions
Engagement.
Outside my projects, I engage where community, responsibility, and bridge-building matter — from the WEF network in Lucerne to student leadership at UZH and long-term commitments in music and sport.
- Partnerships and network at Global Shapers Lucerne (WEF) — bridges between region, business, and young perspectives.
- Community building at the UZH Albanian Student Association — 400+ people, first tutoring programme for Albanian speakers in Switzerland.
- Military service in the Swiss Armed Forces and long-term commitments in music and sport — discipline, team, and endurance.
